A circuit class designed to challenge the body in a safe and effective way. This class features cardio, strength, and core stations. All exercises are designed to help strengthen, lengthen, and heal!

This class is just like the description above, but with a twist! Prenatal Circuits & Core entails specific and modified strength, cardio, and core exercises especially for our expecting mamas! Safe for any trimester! For Mom & Baby Circuits & Core, you're welcome to wear your baby for an extra challenge! Safe for mamas 6-8 weeks or more postpartum.

Open to all women & fitness levels, this is a low impact cardiovascular and strength class using boxing and kickboxing techniques. Improve strength & stamina while decreasing stress, all to a fun playlist! Safe for women of all ages and fitness levels.

Just like the original, but with a twist! Prenatal Kickbox & Kettlebells provides specific prenatal cardio, strength, and core exercises for those who are expecting. Safe for any trimester! Mom & Baby Kickbox & Kettlebells offers postnatal full body cardio, strength, and core exercises specific to a new mama. Want an extra challenge? This class is babywearing-friendly! Safe for mamas 6-8 weeks or more postpartum.

A great way to define, sculpt and build lean muscle. This class focuses on intense isolation exercises using free weights, resistance bands, kettlebells, TRX, and your own body weight (calisthenics)! Finish off the class with some core and ab work with a relaxing stretch routine.

Similar to Body Sculpt, but this class also provides quick bursts of cardio drills in between strength building exercises. 

Come join us for a class that will definitely keep you on your toes! Classes will feature a variety of HIIT (high intensity interval training), tabata, kettle bells, strength, & cardio exercises to get your blood pumping in the morning. This class is for women who are seeking a high intensity workout and are not currently pregnant and/or at least 6 months postpartum.

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is a type of interval training in which you alternate short, very high intensity intervals with longer, slower intervals to recover. It's a great way to bump up your cardio and strength workouts to add intensity and variety to your workouts!

A yoga class for everyone, including newbies and experienced yogis. Flow from one pose to the next, while synchronizing your breath in this dynamic yoga class. Increase your strength, flexibility, balance, and improve breathing. No two vinyasa flow classes are the same - come to get your sweat on!

Prenatal yoga class benefiting women in all stages of their pregnancy. Helps increase strength, stamina and balance, while relieving common pregnancy aches and pains. Prepares women for labor & delivery while creating a nurturing environment to meet other moms and connect with your growing baby!

Postnatal yoga for mommas and their babies, up to 9 months. Take time to bond with your little one while easing yourself back into being active. Helps baby and mom sleep better, increases flexibility, improves digestion, all while relieving postpartum aches and pains.
